Joe & Nedra Fetterman
At just 10-years-old, Joe devised a way to make delicious popovers all by himself. With a simple mixture of butter and white flour, he learned he could create magic in the kitchen. As he grew older and food sensitivities developed, his focus shifted to healthy, low-glycemic and gluten-free, organic foods. Joe is a trained architect, which spills into his kitchen in Bryn Mawr, PA—where he now designs recipes that build a strong foundation for health and happiness.
Nedra has long believed that natural, healthy eating is essential to physical and mental wellbeing. A licensed psychologist, she is committed to deepening our connection to ourselves, to others, and to our planet. Honoring that commitment, Nedra has been the driving force in making ONO Bakery a reality. She has seen the nourishing, energy-enhancing power of ONO in her own life and knows you will too!
Together, Joe and Nedra have been watching the food revolution unfold for over 20 years and have always known ONO would one day be a part of it. With a lot of work, countless ONO Bites, and boundless love, that day has arrived.
